WishVila’s refund and returns policy allows returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases, are non-returnable. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.
To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of their refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds; only regular-priced items can be refunded. Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. To exchange an item, customers should email contact@wishvila.com and send the item to the provided physical address.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning items, and these costs are non-refundable. Depending on the customer’s location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach them may vary. For higher-value items, using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is recommended, as WishVila does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
