Our refund and returns policy covers issues related to digital products. As all items sold on WishVila are non-tangible digital goods, we do not offer refunds or returns once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
However, if you are unable to download the product, receive a corrupted file, or if there is an error in the item delivered, we are happy to help resolve the issue.
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
⭕ Downloadable files (SVGs, invitations, tickets, flyers, templates, etc.)
⭕ Custom digital designs
Refunds are only offered under the following circumstances:
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at Contact@wishvila.com Include your order number and a description or screenshot of the issue.
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

We only replace digital items if the file is damaged or incorrect. If you need a replacement, email us at Contact@wishvila.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Custom-designed digital products are not eligible for refunds unless an error was made on our end (e.g., incorrect customization or formatting issues).
